Cute Card and Simon Says

I'm doubling up today and posting to

CUTE CARD THURSDAY

SIMON SAYS STAMP!

Cute Card Thursday has an anything goes challenge

and

Simon Says has a "TIME OUT" challenge

I combined both by adding elements of TIME to a steampunk card. A little out of my norm, but I like trying new things!
